Buying a home is the biggest investment you will make in your lifetime. There is no charge for our services, to you as a buyer, and we have many connections we can recommend to you, such as lenders, insurance and repair men. We (Frank and Donna Natale) are both Realtors and are held to a Code of Ethics, which includes fairness and honesty. There are many reasons you should consider calling us when pursuing the purchase of a home:

We subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service in the Charleston South Carolina area. If a property is on the market, or ever was on the market, we will have the information at our fingertips for you. If not, we will get it for you.

Are you paying cash or will you require a mortgage? Most transactions involve a mortgage, which means you will need a lender. We have several lenders to recommend depending on the purchase and your individual situation. These are lenders we have worked with previously, and we know their reputation.

We list properties, so we are able to evaluate what property would be good for purchase, and RESALE.

Negotiations is not limited to price, but posession of the home/land, furniture, repairs and many other things. That is where our experience comes in to play.
